How To Make Perfect Tasting Coffee
How to make the perfect cup of coffee. The perfect cup of coffee starts with ingredients. What are the ingredients in a perfect cup of coffee. The answer is obvious but why is it so hard to make that elusive cup of perfect coffee. All you need for perfect coffee is water and coffee beans. When your cup of coffee is perfect, you do not need milk to make smooth and creamy and you do not need sugar in your coffee to cover the bitter taste. Lets get started with the perfect cup of joe. You want to start with a quality coffee bean, arabica preferably. Do not buy pre-ground beans. You need to invest in a home grinder so that you can ground beans just before you make your coffee. Take just enough coffee beans for the amount of coffee that you need and set the grinder to the type of coffee maker that you are using. Lets assume that you are using an automatic drip coffee maker. In this case you will require a medium grind. Hopefully you willl have purchased a burr grinder and not the type with metal blades. A burr grinder does not heat up your beans during the grinding process. This is important as the slightest bit of heat will spoil the coffee before you even start to brew. With you freshly grounded coffee beans, measure two tablespoons of coffee for each eight ounce cup of coffee. Next, you will need to use filtered or bottled water. Tap water is not a good idea for coffee as their are impurities and chemicals in the wateer which will spoil your perfect cup of cofffee. With the right proportion of water to coffee you are ready to brew. At this point you have done everything that you can do to make perfetc coffeee so sit back and enjoy your cup.
