Semiautomatic Espresso Machines Information

picture of the francis! francis! Semi-automatic espresso machines are the most popular home espresso machine. These espresso machines operate in a semiautomatic mode. This means that the user starts the pump with an on/off switch and stops the pumping action when the extraction is complete. When the extraction is complete, the user will wait for the coffee process to finish and then switch off the machine. Ease of use is good and the learning curve is average. This is home made espresso and takes a little practce - but the rewards are great when you master your brewing technique. Some of the semiautomatic machines even accept teh espresso pods making measuring the perfect shot effortless. Semiautomatic machines allow a little more flexability and fun than the super automatic machines - but the espresso and coffee is equal.

Can anyone comment on the Le Cube Espresso machine by Nespresso?

We have been wanting to buy a new coffee/espresso machine and this one looks good; however, I would like some real-user input.

Anyone use the Le Cube by Nespresso?
